Lathe pipe cleaning is the process to spin the pipe and scrap the exterior of the pipe with a carbide tool to remove any coatings. This process is like the peeling of an apple peel. Our capacity range covers 45 ft. in length and pipe not over 234 lbs. per ft. Some coatings are not possible to clean with this process due to material and efficiency.

Wheelabrating is the process used to sandblast the exterior of pipe with a circulation of blasting material, without waste. Our capacity includes processing pipe 20 feet or longer, 6.625 inches to 42 inches in diameter and weighing 234 lbs or less. Please ask for details and a quote.

With our mig wire fed and sub arc welding processes, we can weld for light structural jointing up to the massive two inch thick piling applications. All of our welding is for structural applications and special requests must be reviewed per project.
